Inside Threats
Because the biggest security threat resides in a firm's own users, at least one user is designated as an administrator of a firm's Sendouts account. Administrators can add and remove active user accounts at any time and only active users with a username and password can access the application and data. Administrators can also apply restrictions that limit a user's access to data within the Sendouts application.
Flexibility
Our security can be as flexible or restrictive as you desire. For example, users can be restricted from performing mail merges, exporting data or viewing reports. Specific records can be restricted to private, read-only or editable modes based on the user or security grouping. The key is to create a balance between the flexibility needed to perform the job optimally and the restrictions you feel are necessary to protect your data.
