How did you learn about Sendouts?
I originally learned about Sendouts at industry conferences. They were presenting and I decided I should learn more.
What were some of the needs your company had when selecting an ATS?
I had originally come from another competitor. They weren't fitting my needs and weren't able to scale with my workload. I am a sole-proprietor in a niche business and actually outgrew the other system! I don't see that happening with Sendouts.

We are always looking to "wow" our clients. What can you say about the training and support you've received?
The training and support are outstanding, patient, thoughtful, thorough and available. My account manager is great and very responsive. Every time I call she is able to steer me in the right direction. The support has been nothing less than terrific, it's Sendouts' strongsuit.
How has Sendouts proven its worth for your company?
It does what I need it to do efficiently. It's simple to use and makes sending emails to my contacts very easy. I can use as much or little of the system as I need to. Sendouts is always updating which is a very good thing.
