How did you learn about Sendouts?
I was reviewing recruiting software from four companies, Sendouts being one of them. Since I've been in the business for 15 years I thought it would be more beneficial to speak with other companies using these systems. After a careful process of elimination we decided to move to Sendouts. Our sales rep was awesome and was key in the decision. It just seemed like she knew the pains I have as a recruiter and really proved that Sendouts could help me achieve my company goals.
What were some of the needs your company had when selecting an ATS?
Some of the needs were a workflow, web-based (all of our recruiters are remote, so having a central database is key), easy-to-use, professional, progressive, website integration and service. All of these things Sendouts does, and does well.
After a careful process of elimination we decided to move to Sendouts. Our sales rep was awesome and was key in the decision.
We are always looking to "wow" our clients. What can you say about the training and support you've received?
I actually just sent an email to my account manager's supervisor to tell her how awesome he is. He goes at my other recruiter's pace and doesn't get frustrated with questions. Absolutely everyone that I've interacted with has been amazing, something not found in many software companies. I really like Sendouts University too, makes it easy to find exactly what I'm looking for quickly and easily.
How has Sendouts proven its worth for your company?
Sendouts has given us a centralized solution. It is specific to our business and configurable to fit whatever niche we want to pursue. It's helping on the job order side by clicking a button and receiving important information. Workflow is also becoming a positive, so all round, it's a great product!
What are some of the future goals of your company?
Well I'm growing the company pretty rapidly now, just hired four more people. The goal is to grow at a steady pace and continue to provide value to our clients. I feel that Sendouts will be more than adequate to scale and evolve with my business which is a huge plus.
