Brian Hopcraft joined Sendouts as CEO in 2010, and since joining he has helped lead the company to its current position as one of the preeminent Talent Acquisition providers. The company’s purpose is to help recruiters connect job seekers with new opportunities.

In his role as CEO, Mr. Hopcraft’s significant entrepreneurial skills and leadership experience has built upon Sendouts’ success. Mr. Hopcraft brings over 20 years of executive leadership, technology expertise and a proven track record of growing and leading successful companies. As a founder and CEO of Simplified Workforce Solutions, Mr. Hopcraft built an organization that delivered best-in-class workforce management solutions and experienced outstanding growth built upon serving the customer needs. Mr. Hopcraft also held the position of Vice President, Enterprise Products at Oracle where he was responsible for an enterprise product line for the Retail market that included Workforce Management and Returns Management. Most recently, Mr. Hopcraft was the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Marketing for Dennemeyer & Co., a global IP software and services company where he was responsible for the US business division.

Tom Holt is the Sendouts software development leader who puts a high value on process, but an even higher value on people.

With over 25 years of experience in every facet of software development, Tom is responsible for orchestrating the efforts of the development and QA teams. Jason Heilman works closely with our clients to understand how Sendouts can make recruiting and staffing firms more successful. Having worked with thousands of firms, he has developed a deep understanding of what differentiates successful firms from the rest. In his role as Product Manager, Jason leads the charge to build innovative enhancements that help recruitment firms reach new levels of success.
“My goal,” Jason says, “is to work with our clients and prospects to define the recruitment market’s true needs and build solutions that help our clients to reach levels of success they never thought possible.”
Jason’s background is rooted in helping clients to develop best practices for using Sendouts, creating more efficient processes for their organization. Enabling clients to achieve success on an individual level inspired his move to business development, where he could have an impact on the success of recruiting firms globaly.

Emily McDaniel is the fearless leader of the Sendouts Customer Support Team. Her dedication, organization, and attention to detail are an integral reason why Sendouts provides the best Customer Service in the recruiting software industry. Emily’s passion for helping our clients, paired with her deep understanding of how recruiters can implement Sendouts to increase daily efficiency, add a value to support well beyond the technical aspects.

Erin Posey has a passion for managing client relationships as well as helping her team of Implementation Specialists succeed. In her role as Director of Implementation, Erin oversees the on-boarding process for new Sendouts clients. Erin’s dedication and focus on the success of Sendouts customers has made a huge impact, helping clients to see big returns on their investment in Sendouts.
“I love impacting people’s lives,” Erin says. “It’s fun to build relationships with clients and watch them become more successful. I also love the people I work with! Coming to work each day here is more of a blessing than a job.”
