Donald E. Breckenridge, Jr.
President & CEO
As president and CEO of Sendouts, Donald E. Breckenridge, Jr. provides the vision and strategic direction for the company.
Mr. Breckenridge co-founded the company in 1999 with Richard B. Hall, currently the chief technology officer. More than $4 million from Gryphon Investments, LLP and private investors was raised to launch Sendouts.com. Today, Sendouts provides the #1 on-demand software for the recruiter industry with more than 750 staffing firms and 5,000 recruiters worldwide.
Previously, Mr. Breckenridge founded Integratia, a custom software and Internet development services firm. Under his leadership, Integratia's revenue grew by more than 300% within three years. It was during this time that he realized the need for a robust software system to facilitate the talent acquisition process within the recruitment industry.
Prior to Integratia, Mr. Breckenridge created software that enabled proprietary cell site acquisition, which was bought by Sprint (NYSE: S) to track and manage the building of cell towers. The software was eventually rolled out to over 100 markets by Sprint.
An extremely active member of the community, Mr. Breckenridge is personally involved with the local St. Louis Muscular Dystrophy Association and was named a National Vice President. He has also created Sendouts Second Chance™, a corporate giving program that allows the company and its employees to give their time, expertise and financial help to those in need.
Mr. Breckenridge holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University. In 2003, he was included in the St. Louis Business Journal's “30 under 30.”
Richard B. Hall
Chief Technology Officer
Richard B. Hall designed the original Sendouts Pro software application, which is now the #1 on-demand software for the recruiting and staffing industry with more than 5,000 users worldwide. As the CTO of Sendouts, he continues to enhance the design and development of Sendouts Pro and heads up the research and development team.
With 15 years of software engineering experience, Mr. Hall has designed custom software solutions in a variety of industries - from automotive to healthcare to human resources. He co-founded the company in 1999 with Donald E. Breckenridge, Jr., currently the chief executive officer. More than $4 million from Gryphon Investments, LLP and private investors was raised to launch Sendouts.
Previously, Mr. Hall co-founded Integratia - a custom software and Internet development services firm - with Mr. Breckenridge. Working with small businesses to multi-million dollar companies, he created IT solutions to meet the needs of the business - from mobile computing platforms to ecommerce engines to healthcare database services.
Prior to Sendouts, Mr. Hall worked for GLA International and managed the department for Internet/Database connectivity. While at GLA, he developed an Internet database system that included a secure time billing system, a detailed beta-testing log for clients and developers and an expandable product knowledge base.
Mr. Hall is an active member in the community through Sendouts Second Chance™, a corporate giving program that allows the company and its employees to give their time, expertise and financial help to those in need.
Mr. Hall graduated from Cornell University in 1993 with a degree in Business Management.
Jonathan Herrick
Vice President of Sales
Jonathan Herrick is the dynamic, goal-driven head of sales who has increased Sendouts annual revenues by nearly 50% in the past two years. For nearly two decades, he has successfully built relationships with and sold to Fortune 500 companies as well as mid-sized companies all over the world.
Previously, Mr. Herrick was in the industrial automation industry as a productivity consultant where he developed innovative solutions for Fortune 100 clients such as Boeing, 3M, Ford, General Motors and Proctor and Gamble. Prior to that, Mr. Herrick worked at WorldCom on major account acquisitions providing C Level executives with networking and business solutions. During his time at WorldCom, he grew revenues by over 200% and led the division as a top performer.
Mr. Herrick has a deep passion for the success of his people and is known for his contribution as the Sendouts "Culture Catalyst". He attributes selling his brother's 1976 Mustang for 50% more than the original asking price when he was seven years old as the launching pad for his career in sales. He also has a passion for restoring and collecting vintage automobiles and is considered one of the nation's experts on collectible Corvettes.
With a strong sense of civic duty, Mr. Herrick acts as a mentor and leader for community youths by being an active leader in the local church youth group and coaching football for Oakville High Schools feeder program. For the past 4 years, Mr. Herrick has led a homeless ministry that has served over 13,000 meals and provided people in need with opportunities to get back on track.
Mr. Herrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from the University of Missouri.
Brad Herrick
Vice President of Marketing
As vice president of Marketing, Brad Herrick is responsible for creating and managing the brand vision as well as the product marketing strategy of Sendouts.
With more than 15 years of working on well-known brands such as Iomega, Mr. Herrick has helped to build customer-centric marketing organizations for a range of technology companies. Prior to Sendouts, he was the vice president of Marketing and Product Strategy at Vibe Solutions Group, a video communications technology company. At Vibe, Mr. Herrick helped to bring to market a number of successful video communications solutions sold to 70% of the US broadband market.
Prior to Vibe Solutions Group, Mr. Herrick was the vice president of Marketing and Alliances at Metiom, a New York-based technology company building e-commerce portals for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Metium, Mr. Herrick was the vice president of Marketing and e-Commerce for Lab Safety Supply, a Grainger Company and senior director of Marketing on Iomega's Zip, Jazz and Ditto product lines. While at Iomega, Mr. Herrick was part of a world-class marketing organization that helped drive the company from $300 million in revenue to $1.8 billion in less than 3 years. Before Iomega, Mr. Herrick was with Maritz Performance Improvement, where he led the channel marketing efforts for strategic account services for a number of leading technology clients, include HP, IBM and Compaq. Before Maritz, Mr. Herrick was the director of marketing for ASAP, and was instrumental in helping the company secure a nationwide education sales agent agreement with Apple Computer, leading to the eventual successful sale of the company to a leading education reseller.
Mr. Herrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Missouri.
